I’ve been vegan for 3 months. To say I am “proud” of myself doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling. I honestly feel like I’ve been re-born and am experiencing life in a whole new way. I am stronger, I feel healthier, my mind is clearer, and my focus and drive are stronger. I respect myself more and take myself more seriously than I ever have before. I have a new-found self-confidence that is simmering just below the surface, trying to find the perfect way to reveal itself. Warning: I may be becoming “preachy” about life as a vegan, and I apologize for that, but I honestly do believe that this is the best, smartest, healthiest way that ANYONE could treat their body.
