Today was a good day. Sort of. Let's face it - it's Friday and it's been a long week. I'm tired and, while I'm motivated, it always reaches a bit of a breaking point by Friday. All in all though, I'd say today was pretty good... and tomorrow will be even better.

Activity: Taught Belly Bootcamp in High Park and got a good workout in for myself too!

Breakfast:
4 cups water
1 bowl 100% shredded wheat cereal with 1% milk

1 cup water

Lunch:
3 small shrimp and veggie summer rolls
1 cup Italian wedding soup
2 cups water

Dinner:
(Friday is my cheat meal with mmy fiancee... cut me some slack!)
2 cups coke zero
2 cups water
3 small slices pizza
1 100 cal. ice cream treat
2 cups water
