Tired. That's what I am.

Just spent some of the last of my energy typing out a witty paragraph about my general fatigue today and then closed the window by mistake and lost it all. Ugg. It's one of those days. As my activity and food journal will indicate:

Activity: teaching class? walking to my car? sitting on my sofa??

Breakfast:
1 cup water
1 coffee with 1% milk
1 bowl Speckial K with 1% milk

1 cup water
banana

Dinner:
Handful of baby carrots
1 cup spaghetti
1/2 cup fresh tomato sauce
2 cups water

Snack:
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 tsp honey
1 cup water
