Another week bites the dust.
Friday, June 18, 2010

I already admitted it – I love Mondays. But recently, as I’ve become significantly busier, I’ve come to LOVE Fridays. I danced into my 6am clients this morning with my hands in the air and exhaled “It’s Friday! We made it!” Perhaps we all feel this week as they seemed to wholly agree.

At this point in the week I start to both wind down the days past and gear up for the weekend and early days next week. Because I’m in night school on top of everything else, this weekend will be filled with studying for an exam, exercising, shopping and cooking for a family lunch on Sunday (my parents are finally meeting my fiancée’s father and step-mother!), cleaning the house and SLEEPING. It will be busy, but it’s the weekend – when my time is largely my own.
Deep breath – it’s almost time to put your feet up. Now I just have to attempt to stay on my diet – possibly the ONE thing that gets harder on the weekend!

" Elizabeth is a fantastic personal trainer. I have been working with her for years now and continue to love her energetic enthusiasm... It's contagious! She managed to whip my butt into shape and helped me rework my diet. She’s a great motivator – just what you need is a personal trainer! "
