Saturday. SO tired. Body very sore from much exercise. No time to expound on life - must study, cook, clean and sleep!

 

Activity: Belly Bootcamp at Swansea Town Hall

 

Breakfast:
2 cups water
1 small bowl raisin bran with 1% milk

1 cup water

Lunch
1 cup water
1 cup coffee with 1% milk
1 egg
1 poppy seed Montreal bagel (bit of a cheat!)
1 tsp peanut butter
1/4 cup cherries

Snack:
1 avocado - mashed
10 organic tortilla chips

Dinner:
3 cups green tea
miso soup
green salad
1/2 spicy tuna sushi "pizza"
3 pieces sushi
