Toronto is a strange city right now. With the G8/G20 preparations and meetings going on, we were all in a bit of a state of wonder this week. Thankfully my clients were all very accommodating and were able to get to the gym for most of their normal workouts. While it has been a pain rearranging our lives for this summit, especially with a long weekend next week, I can only say I hope to see good things come of it. So… Let’s hope the leaders are all fit and healthy (do you think they exercise and eat properly?) so they can be level headed while making decisions about our country.

Yesterday:
Activity: Attended Bellies and Strollers at Woodbine Park and did about half the workout before heading to the gym myself.

Breakfast/Snack in Car:
2 cups water
1 banana
½ cup pineapple
½ cup cherries
½ cup baby carrots
2 large strawberries

Snack:
2 cups water
1 small bowl “Skinny” chips

Dinner:
4 cups water
1 spring mix salad with home made balsamic vinegrette and 3 slices lean ham
1 poppy seed bagel toasted with scant butter

Snack:
2 cups water
½ cup pineapple
½ cup cherries

Today:
Activity: Taught Bellies and Strollers in High Park

Breakfast:
2 cups water
1 cup coffee with milk
1 BLT on a whole grain bagel

2 cups water
½ cup coffee with milk
1 “Breakfast Cookie” (whole oats and cranberries in a pretty healthy cookie base)

" Before I started working out with Liz, there were mornings when I could hardly get out of bed or even put on my own socks as result of chronic lower back pain and over-all muscle tightness. By focusing on core-strength and basic range-of-motion exercises, we were able overcome these aliments within a few short weeks before moving on to regime..."
